Founders & Owners

Amy and Riley Scrivner are the dynamic husband-and-wife team behind Capital Beauty. With their combined expertise and entrepreneurial spirit, they have built a company that blends exceptional service and commitment to the beauty industry.

Amy brings years of experience in salon management, having grown a small 12-station salon into a 29-station powerhouse and managing multi-location teams of over 65 stylists. Riley complements her expertise with his extensive background in business, marketing, and managing multi-million-dollar sales territories. Together, they have seamlessly merged their skills to create Capital Beauty, a company that not only elevates the client experience but also empowers salon professionals to grow and thrive.
